Shire Sharing helps folks both in November and December. Select the holiday period(s) for which you would like to sponsor. If you select both, we will ensure that you are matched up with the same household for each month. Please note that November deliveries are expected to arrive at the home of the recipient by the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving. These packages should consist of a standard Thanksgiving dinner unless otherwise specified. A December delivery is expected to be delivered by Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) at the latest, unless otherwise specified. We ask that you to provide general grocery items and reasonably priced gifts for children in the household. You will be provided child-specific guidance in regard to gifts! In both months, you are free to include items of any kind that you think your sponsored family would appreciate! You will have the opportunity to contact your sponsored family in advance to arrange delivery.
